Full Armor of God coloring page
Page 3 shows the whole armour on a stand with six labels to color: Helmet of Salvation, Breastplate of Righteousness, Belt of Truth, Shield of Faith, Sword of the Spirit and Shoes of the Gospel of Peace. Kids can point to each piece while you read Ephesians 6:13–17 aloud.

Armor of God coloring pages for kids, one piece at a time
Pages 4 to 9 take one piece of armour each, with the phrase from the verse lettered big enough to color:
- The belt of truth (“having your loins girt about with truth”, Ephesians 6:14): God’s truth holds everything together, so we choose what is true.
- The breastplate of righteousness (“the breastplate of righteousness”, Ephesians 6:14): Jesus makes us right with God, and we choose to do right.
- Shoes of the gospel of peace (“the preparation of the gospel of peace”, Ephesians 6:15): ready to go and share the good news of peace with God.
- The shield of faith (“taking the shield of faith”, Ephesians 6:16): trusting God when fear comes.
- The helmet of salvation (“take the helmet of salvation”, Ephesians 6:17): Jesus saves us, and that guards our thoughts.
- The sword of the Spirit (“the sword of the Spirit”, Ephesians 6:17): the word of God, the Bible, learned by heart.
Page 10 letters “Praying always with all prayer” (Ephesians 6:18), and page 11 closes the set with Romans 13:12, “let us put on the armour of light”.

Design your own shield of faith
Page 12 is a blank shield in four parts: a promise of God I trust, draw yourself in the armour, I will pray for, and my name. It makes a good last page for a class or a week of family devotions.

“Ye that fear the LORD, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield.”

Frequently asked questions
Are these Armor of God coloring pages really free?
Yes. All 13 pages are free to download and print for personal, family, classroom and church use. Please share the page link rather than the file, and don’t resell them.
Which Bible translation is used?
The King James Version. Every verse is quoted word for word from the KJV and checked against the KJV text, so you will see “armour” with the KJV spelling on the pages.
What pieces of the armor of God are included?
The belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, plus praying always (Ephesians 6:18) and the armour of light (Romans 13:12).
Is there a full armor of God coloring page?
Yes. Page 3 shows the whole armour on a stand with all six pieces labelled, so kids can color it and name every piece.
What ages are they for?
Preschoolers can color the big pictures while you read; elementary kids can color the outlined words and answer the talk-about-it questions; teens and adults can use gel pens and the full verses for quiet time.
Can I use them in Sunday school or VBS?
Yes. Print as many copies as your class needs. The start page has a 7-day plan and a question for each piece of armour, which works as a ready-made lesson opener.
Do they go with the free Armor of God study?
Yes. Pages 4–10 match Days 1–7 of the free 7-Day Armor of God Scripture Study, so a family or class can read one day and color the matching page.
Can I print them on A4 paper?
Yes. There is a separate A4 PDF with the same 13 pages, and a US Letter PDF. Both keep everything inside a half-inch margin, so home printers don’t cut anything off.
Free for personal, family, classroom and church use. Please share the page link rather than the file, and don’t resell. Scripture from the King James Version (public domain in the US).
